Skip the Dryer: Air dry flat or hang dry. High heat can shrink or wear down natural fabrics.

No Fabric Softeners: They're not needed—our fabrics are naturally soft and breathable.

Handle with Love: For extra delicate pieces, hand wash and lay flat to dry.

Refunds & Returns

We want you to love every piece from House of Toddles, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With tags still attached
  • Free from stains, scents, or damage

How to Return
To start a return, please email us at info@houseoftoddles.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Please Note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We do not offer exchanges at this time—store credit can be used toward any future purchase.
  • Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are final sale and not eligible for return.

Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive a digital store credit within 3–5 business days via email.

Shipping

At House of Toddles, we aim to get your orders to you as quickly and carefully as possible. All orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC, using third-party company for reliable tracking and delivery.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Estimated Delivery Times (from Vancouver)

Canada:

  • Local (BC): 2–4 business days
  • Western Provinces (AB, SK, MB): 3–6 business days
  • Eastern Provinces (ON, QC, Maritimes): 5–8 business days
  • Territories (YT, NT, NU): 7–12 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size/weight. We offer FREE shipping on orders over $99 CAD within Canada and Free on orders over $149 for United States.
