At House of Toddles, we aim to get your orders to you as quickly and carefully as possible. All orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC, using ShippingChimp for reliable tracking and delivery.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Estimated Delivery Times (from Vancouver)

Canada:

• Local (BC): 2–4 business days
• Western Provinces (AB, SK, MB): 3–6 business days
• Eastern Provinces (ON, QC, Maritimes): 5–8 business days
• Territories (YT, NT, NU): 7–12 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size/weight. We offer free shipping on orders over $149 CAD within Canada.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us at info@houseoftoddles.com and we’ll be happy to assist. House of Toddles is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
