Returns
We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With tags still attached
- Free from stains, scents, or damage
How to Return
To start a return, please email us at info@houseoftoddles.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.
Please Note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We do not offer exchanges at this time—store credit can be used toward any future purchase.
- Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are final sale and not eligible for return.
Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive a digital store credit within 3–5 business days via email.
